Try out the Spendful mobile app
The start of this month I spent most of my time finishing off, testing and releasing the Spendful mobile app. It’s an early version, but has enough features for you to keep track of your budget when your’e mobile.
Premium feature: Sharing a budget, privately
All Premium subscribers can now share a budget with anyone. Just click the “Share this budget” button below the budget totals. Enter an email address of an existing Spendful.com member, or if they don’t exist, we’ll send them an email to ask them to sign up.
Premium feature: Download as CSV
All Premium subscribers can now download every month of their budget as a CSV. CSV files can be opened my most spreadsheet software. Use it for a local backup, or to print out and use offline.

To get started, visit www.spendful.com and enter your email address and choose a memorable password. The best thing about Spendful is, this is all you have to do to start creating your budget.
Why spendful?
First, I should introduce myself. My name is Mitchell Bryson. I’m a web designer from Sheffield, UK. I’m the only person working on Spendful.com.
The idea
I finished work as a freelance designer in June 2011, and designed and built Spendful in the first 3 weeks of August, to replace the way I used to manage my money, on a spreadsheet.
I created Spendful because it felt like my money just disappeared every month, and I wanted to know where it went. Spendful lets me track every income, expense and transactions, quickly and easily.
